Privacy Policy for the GetSetGo App

1. Introduction
GetSetGo Fulfillment LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the
GetSetGo mobile application ("App") and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
This App is strictly developed for and utilized by authorized fulfillment employees of GetSetGo Fulfillment LLC,
a Texas-based company.
2. Information We Collect
To ensure smooth fulfillment operations, we collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: We collect your name and email address to identify you within the
system and associate your account with your employment record.
- Device Information: We automatically collect specific device information (such as operating
system versions, unique device identifiers, and crash logs) to ensure the App functions properly on your
hardware and to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Device Permissions (Camera): The App requires active access to your device's camera. This
permission is used strictly for operational purposes, including scanning barcodes,
capturing proof of inspection photos, and completing other authorized fulfillment-related tasks.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data collected through the GetSetGo App is used internally to:
- Facilitate, optimize, and improve the daily fulfillment process.
- Accurately track and verify employee timesheets and shift activity.
- Communicate with you regarding operational updates. We send mandatory administrative emails necessary for
your role, and you may optionally opt-in to receive other company communications.
4. How We Share Your Information
We strictly limit how your data is shared. We do not sell your personal data. We do not offer
in-app purchases or sell products/services to users within the App. We only share data with the following
trusted third-party service providers to support our infrastructure:
- Google Cloud: For secure cloud computing and data hosting.
- Firebase Analytics & Google Analytics: To monitor App performance, analyze usage
trends, and track crash reports so we can continually improve the software experience.
5. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for 6 months following the termination of your employment with
GetSetGo Fulfillment LLC. After this 6-month period, your personal information is securely deleted or
permanently anonymized from our active databases, except where longer retention is explicitly required by local
or federal law (e.g., tax, payroll, or HR compliance records).
6. Data Security
We implement rigorous security measures to protect your personal information:
- Data in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted
using standard HTTPS protocols.
- Data at Rest: Data stored in our database is protected using the standard
encryption-at-rest protocols provided by the Firebase infrastructure.
Please note that while we take these strong precautions, no electronic transmission or digital storage system is
100% secure.
7. California Privacy Rights (CPRA & CalOPPA)
While GetSetGo Fulfillment LLC is headquartered in Texas, we comply with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) to protect our workforce globally.
- Your Employee Rights (CPRA): You have the right to request access to the specific
categories of personal information we have collected about you. You may also request the correction of
inaccurate data, or the deletion of your data (subject to specific employment and legal exemptions). We do
not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes other than what is required for employment.
- Do Not Track Signals (CalOPPA): CalOPPA requires us to disclose how we respond to "Do Not
Track" (DNT) browser or device signals. Currently, the GetSetGo App does not respond to DNT
signals. We utilize third-party tools like Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics, which may track your
usage within the App to help us optimize performance.
- Non-Retaliation: GetSetGo Fulfillment LLC will never retaliate or discriminate against any
employee for exercising their data privacy rights.
